Cannot Upload Song In The File Management (C3 Database)

Hello There, first of all, pardon me if there’s any grammar errors in this message, English is my not native language… I’m Brazilian…
So, getting straight to the point, i’m a new song author who would like to upload my songs in the C3 Database. But i noticed there’s was a problem in the “file management” tab in the C3 Universe, it’s only possible to create a personal folder (and a subfolder), there’s no file upload button in my case. I also noticed that my account in the C3 Control Panel has a “Unverified” Status. I already accepted all the cookies from the site. So, if there’s anyone who could help me fix this situation, i will be very obliged.
