None of them have been released through C3. Nor are any of them listed as earmarked. If someone is doing some of them I can remove them from the list. But the way I see it all of these seem fair game.

Yes, I see what you mean. But does that mean I cannot make my own version of the song? When I posted that list of songs a few days ago I had already tempo mapped approximately 7 minutes of Count of Tuscany. I wanted to re-map and re-chart it since I did not agree with how the custom had its tempo mapped (it was also a bit off due to being mapped to the album version as opposed to the multitracks) and I found that the charts could use some work too.
Having said that though. Would someone be able to add my list of songs to the OP so that they’re on the first page of this topic?

Of course not, I actually even redid a song that’s already available as a full band multitrack just because I’m doing Images & Words and I wanted to do it from scratch.
But does that mean I cannot make my own version of the song?You can do whatever you like, like T.I. says. My point is I hate wasted time, so if there’s a song out there I wouldn’t do it from scratch, either fix it up or just use the existing one of it’s good enough. But if you want to re-do a song, it’s only your time that is wasted, so you can do as you wish.

I can save you some time as I have Count of Tuscany CONs from a YouTube video (two of them since they were made when 10 min was the limit) They aren’t multi-track but at least it will help with the charting somewhat.

So I’ve decided to add yet another pack into my Earmarked list. I will start work on it after December is all over and done with. I will be doing an Enter Shikari pack. I know there’s demand for the band, seeing how at one point they were actually one of the top requested bands on the Rock Band World Facebook app. The song will feature two singles from each studio album. I hate myself for doing this. But I’ve started a “little” side project. I’ve started converting Spanish Fly by Van Halen to Rock Band. Normally I wouldn’t have a problem if someone else converts it, but seeing as I’ve started making a Pro Guitar chart (this is just a transcription, changing it to a pro chart from here takes not that much), I’d appreciate if no-one else could do this song.
