MrPrezident: https://db.c3universe.com/songs/all/__user/MrPrezidentNovember 13, 2017 at 3:51 pm #492402Another option would be to try and fix the converter (I’m an experienced software engineer) as I read that the source code is released now:
The problem with that idea is that the converter source code that I released does not include decryption routines, so you can only “fix the converter” for unencrypted files.
November 17, 2017 at 1:14 am #492485What can I do with the customs?
November 17, 2017 at 8:28 am #492497Hi,
Thanx for the answer, I also assume it is in the decryption code so too bad for that idea.

Any hints on my other idea: how to determine the length of the silence to insert before the songs starts?
Would that just be the length of the decrypted (silent) file minus the length of the original song? Or is it more complicated?
Thanks for the support!

You assume your audio file is identical to the one the author used. Disappointment will likely set in… ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif”>
November 30, 2017 at 5:44 am #492912An update to an earlier problem I was having when trying to save visualizer images to imgur. The error says:
The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

Well the good news is the file is still being uploaded and most of the URL is being copied to your clipboard.
What I do is click the save to IMGUR button and then use the paste command in notepad or another text field – you’ll see the URL is there but missing the first letter H in the http:// part. Should be obvious what to do next.
Good luck

This is a you problem. The way this thing works it will either work for everyone, or work for no one because Imgur changed their API. I just checked on my end and the only change so far is the fact they went to https from http. So it should work (it did for me) but it should give you a link missing the initial h. Anything other than that behavior is an issue with your router/firewall/Windows.
December 1, 2017 at 2:28 am #492947Yeah weird, because when I attempt to copy it anywhere theres no link. Oh well, I guess its just me then. No biggie.
December 7, 2017 at 9:57 pm #493169Hi,
I’m posting this here to see if anybody did take up the idea pf making any changes. I’m not a programmer, but I use the event manager a lot. I’d love to tweak the functionality of the lock system so that people can at least advance songs without having to unlock it for total queue rearrangement….
Thanks!
December 22, 2017 at 7:23 am #493596Is it possible to edit a pack that is on my HDD? I put it there using RBtoUSB.
I would like to swap out an older version of a song with an updated version so the song doesn’t show up twice in my library. I know I can edit a pack if I have the file saved on my computer, but I can’t seem to figure out how to extract a pack off of my HDD that was put there with RBtoUSB.
Thank you!

You can simply use your preferred file browser to get it out. Look inside Content 00000000000000045410914 0000001
Copy it to your hard drive/SSD, then use the Quick Pack Editor in C3 CON Tools. Click ‘depack’ and wait a while, replace the song that you want updated, then recreate a pack with C3 CON Tools.

MAIN
– Somewhat severe GUI redesign … enjoy it. If you hate it, you can change most of it back by playing with the customization settings available
SONG ANALYZER
– Modified behavior for ‘Batch analyze for unpitched vocals’ so now it only identifies songs that are 75% or more unpitched vocals (should reduce false positives)
– Modified behavior for ‘Batch analyze for unpitched vocals’ so now it also separates songs that have no vocal charts into their own subfolder
– Improved interface during processing of ‘Batch analyze for unpitched vocals’ to remove flashing that happened before
EVENT MANAGER
– Added setting for Maximum Security and Relaxed Security under Options -> Lock Severity – Maximum Security will limit almost all interaction with the form when locked, Relaxed Security allows for adding, skipping, modifying queue, and similar functions
– Minor improvements and bug fixes
FILE INDEXER
– Modified behavior to fix bug where it would ignore CON files with periods in the file name (because Windows identifies anything after the period as a file extension and not part of the file name)
CON EXPLORER
– Modified behavior so now changing song ID also changes the song short name (first entry at top of DTA) to avoid file conflict issues – does NOT modify file path or CON structure, just the short name
– Modified behavior so now when changing song ID the old (presumably original song ID) is preserved in the DTA by commenting it out rather than removing it altogether – can be used to retrieve original ID if needed
SETLIST MANAGER
– Added step that should prevent rare control character errors created by XML setlist files with weird characters
– Fixed a few GUI bugs
VISUALIZER
– Fixed bug with image links not being parsed correctly due to change from http to https on Imgur’s end
AUDIO ANALYZER
– Fixed bug with image links not being parsed correctly due to change from http to https on Imgur’s end
I was bored.
