This one is a bit strange, and I wasn’t able to replicate it once I restarted the app. I was using 3.8.1. These are the steps I did.

    Start Con tools

Set list manger – drag a selection of files from explorer to make a list.

Drag a previously made song pack onto quick pack editor

    Copy pack name

    Open pack creator

Drag file from explorer onto pack creator. Same files as in previously opened pack and dropped onto setlist manger.

    Paste pack name

Click icon to select pack icon (top), browse c3 icons, select one (double click).

Then I get a yes/no prompt about extracting a pack, which normally comes from the pack editor. I can’t remember the exact wording.

If I repeated the last step it does the same thing every time.

I was doing a lot of things with the contools at the time, so I might just be a random fluke/glitch.

You lost me there. Don’t give me bug reports from outdated versions.

It’s been awhile since I updated. Using the Upgrade Bundler, I now get an err that something went wrong extracting the upgrade.dta.

Using the pack editor to extract the midi and dta files out of it I drop them into the bundler.

Top is before and bottom is after bundling. Notes get doubled and lengthen.

Huh, don’t know how that got past me. Fixed on my end and will be in next update.

Using the files you provided, I bundled the song and got the same problem with the expert difficulties on my end. However, using the official pro upgrade and dlc song for 3 Doors Down – When I’m Gone, everything bundles correctly on my end. So try with other songs that you’ve charted with EOF, and other pro upgrades not charted by you (preferably that were charted with REAPER) and confirm. If it’s an EOF compatibility issue, we might need raynebc to comment on why this might be happening. All the code does is literally read the MIDI tracks from one file and add it to the other. So it should work across all MIDI files, except if there’s something in the EOF-created MIDI that NAudio isn’t liking.

I’ll be on standby if you guys find anything specific wrong with the MIDI or NAudio’s handling of it.

Not sure if this has already been addressed but I downloaded the last update and when selecting the difficulties on Visualizer, if I click on Diff 5, it will actually put Diff 4 on the image; clicking on Diff 3 will put Diff 2, and so on. Cliking on No Part will put Diff 6 on the image.

Also, clicking on Help Menu -> Forums will redirect to an old forum link, making it redirect to the main page of the forums; not sure if this is intended, though

First problem was addressed in the last page, so if you don’t know that it’s because you didn’t even read the one page before posting?

Second one is a problem caused by the forum migration. All links in all the programs are now broken. Of course it’s not intended. Already fixed on my end so the release will have the updated link.

I fully expect there’ll be a couple more bugs, but I couldn’t find them and I’m too damn tired to keep testing. If there’s anything else still broken please point it out. Enjoy.

                    Alright, I’m not exactly sure if this is a bug, but I don’t remember it happening in previous versions;

On Visualizer, when everything is blank, if I type in a duration, I have to switch to another field for the image to update and get it to display that duration.

If I change it later, I have to either go to another field and start writing something on that field for it to update or use one of the position adjustment things, and won’t update the image “instantly” like if you write something on Name or Album, for example.

Yeah that’s just I forgot to make it update the image when I re-did most of Visualizer. Easy fix.

EDIT: Fixed on my end. I’ll wait for other bug reports.

So thanks to that RB4 stream from today, I think I have all the RB4 on-disc songs metadata.

I’ll go through it again tomorrow to double check and when confirmed, release this so you can start preparing your RB4 setlists :-)

Thanks Nemo for all your work on the C3 tools.

Possible bug:  I have the Visualizer set to save directly to Imgur.  Tonight I got an error when trying to save (didn’t write it down, sorry, but it appeared to be an error from Imgur, not from the program) and a prompt whether I would like to try again.  I clicked “Yes” and got the spinning dots, but when the dots disappeared I got no feedback on whether the retry worked, and there was no URL saved in the clipboard.  I did a manual retry immediately afterward, and it worked as expected.

If I were Nemo I’d shrugh this one off, POST APIs can be fiddly when it comes to errors.

It’s not the error from Imgur I was worried about, it’s that when the Visualizer asked me if I wanted to try again, I got no indication whether the retry was successful.  Normally there is either a “successful” message or something like the error message I saw when it fails.
