so serious
April 6, 2014 at 1:45 pm #417149A suggestion in the static vocals area:Let the user decide if they want to split phrases in HARM2 using existing lyric shift notes from either PART VOCALS, HARM1 or in its own track. If any lyric shift notes exist in its own track, prompt the user. The notes will be deleted if the user continues, but they will be used to split phrases if desired before they are deleted.
There may be lyric capitalization issues, but that can be resolved with existing tools if need be.
Honestly, lyric shift notes is something we use so rarely that it doesn’t warrant development time, I’m sorry. On a side note, I implemented proper HARM3 capitalization check, it will be up with the next build.

April 6, 2014 at 9:17 pm #417173Say, would it be possible to add a feature to automatically add matching Bass camera cuts under Guitar and Keys ones in the venue, so for example adding a [coop_b_near] under a [coop_g_near] or a [coop_k_near]? I like to stack up a matching Bass shot under Guitar and Keys shots to make the venue rely less on using [coop_all_near] too often, but it’s a bit of a pain to have to do that manually

The logic is that whenever you find a given coop_?_near instrument add the other two instruments’ markers, if present, at the exact same point?

[coop_g_behind] – [coop_k_closeup_hand]
and CAT would generate at the exact same spots:
[coop_b_behind] – [coop_b_closeup_hand]
But not adding Guitar or Keys on top of Bass, due to the priority thing, or else the Bass shots will never be seen at all

Damn them to hell
Anyways couldnt care less before this about EMH, but considering that this takes no time anymore and i basically just need to sightcheck the lower charts then im fine with doing EMHX now with CAT.

I was being sarcastic, but I’m glad to hear this regardless. While I can usually handle guitar and bass on expert, I’m nowhere near that level on drums or keys, so I definitely appreciate lower difficulties.
April 17, 2014 at 7:16 pm #418097I’m having trouble generating key playing animations on two songs. I was able to generate the missing drums animations for one of these songs but the key player won’t touch the keyboard. I haven’t had a problem with this until now, any suggestions?
April 20, 2014 at 12:25 am #418294Hey guys I had a question for you. I’m trying to do reductions to an existing CON that was made. I extracted the files, imported the Midi into Reaper with CAT installed. I applied the reductions, but I’m not sure if anything happened. All of the check boxes were unchecked when i hit reduce. But once at that point what do I have to do to export the Midi file out of Reaper so I can repack everything? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes I used the C3 template.

Did you copy all the notes to their tracks or just imported the MIDI?
