Nine new customs for this month. First up, an excerpt from Emerson, Lake, and Palmer’s Live Pictures at an Exhibition,

I love guitar, and decided to chart one of the real legends (who sadly died last year), Paco de Lucia, a guitarist who Eric Clapton called the “titanic figure in the world of flamenco guitar”.

A minor update to The Sage – fixed some audio issues. The guitar was hard to hear over the beat track, and I upped the volume, and cut out the clapping for the first half of the song.

Seven customs for this month, including five from Dire Straits. If you are a Dire Straits fan, I have great news for you. Farottone has offered to collaborate on a bunch of Dire Straits songs, so you get great music, and Farottone quality to boot.

We have four to offer – three upgrades and one new one. More are in the works and will show up next month.

I had done this before, but this is a major update, with improved charts, and much better audio. Pick this one up – a real must-have.

There was a chart for this made, by an anonymous author, many moons ago, without keys, but with everything else. Pretty good chart, but, for some odd reason, the author cut out two minutes from the song.

We restored the missing sections, added keys, and fixed up the other charts.

This song was the biggest hit of 1981, topped all charts, and probably sold more than any other record of the year. I am not a big pop fan, and feel pretty guilty that I love this song, but, … I love this song!

Awesome release.

For the youngsters here…”Bette Davis Eyes” was a *massive* hit when it came out. It has an immediately recognizable synth part. It’s what the early 80’s were all about, really.

Also love Dire Straits…”Love Over Gold” was one of the first cassettes I ever bought. I’m excited that there’s more Dire Straits on the way. I presume “So Far Away” is inevitable.
