    File Select, Road to Bowser, Staff Roll, & Cave Dungeon? I had to double check & a few of the best ones are already there in the database.

    Hey, everyone! Took an unexpected break (you can blame WoW classic), but I’m back and ready to chart and finish this little project I started.

    Donkey Kong Country 4- Pack

     

    These songs were a lot of fun to chart. A lot of these video game songs are very keys-forward, but these ones feature some really cool bass and drum parts (my two favorite instruments).
    Fun Fact: Donkey Kong Country was the first video game that I ever beat <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />

    B.o.B – Nothin’ on You (featuring Bruno Mars)

    This great song is sure to be a hit at parties. Aside from the catchy vocals, featuring rapping and singing from Bruno and B.o.B, bass is a standout instrument in this song. After starting steady it really lets loose a little before and during the chorus. Drums and keys are a bit repetitive, but the pattern is interesting enough to keep it entertaining. Guitar is a mix of the actual guitar and some synth chords. The end result is a song that is light on challenge but high on fun!     Big shout out to TheWay123, who charted pro keys, drums, the pitched vocals, and then helped my with my bass and guitar charts, and then the overall polishing.

    Hi everyone! Will help from TheBassSinger I bring you an update to one of my oldest and most popular customs:

    What has changed?

    – Separate vocal stem (karaoke)

    – Major rework to the guitar chart

    – Pro Keys added (its a small section, but its there!)

    – touch up to vocals

    – manual reductions

    – Album art now matches The Real Slim Shady

    – update to venue, practice sections, and other small touch ups

     

    Also, in the ‘Other Downloads’ you will find a ‘clean version’ of the song. This has all of the ‘shits’ and ‘fucks’ removed from both the vocals and audio.

    HighFlyingBirds was kind enough to reach out and help me fix up this custom. Guitar, bass, keys, drums and vocals all have improved charts. I went back and touched up the tempo map a bit, and got a higher quality audio source. I also touched up the venue a bit, and included recorded dry-vox.
    I hope you enjoy! This song should be fun, no matter which instrument you decide to pick.

    Aren’t these old video game covers great(looking at you, Mega Man 2…)? There is a good variety of difficulty between these three songs.
