As a fan of all different kinds of music, weeks like this really make me smile. I’ll be picking up Lennon, Amon Amarth, and Dethklok. I would totally grab the GBA pack, but at 2700 songs in RB3, I’ve gotta start being a little picky.

 

Also, for those of you who haven’t given Amon Amarth a listen, try ’em out. They’ve got a sound that can only be described as, just, “really full”. Plus their guitar riffs are catchy as all hell.

Finished playing the Amon Amarth, Dethklok, and some of the GBA songs on XGtr. All are charted really well, and play great.

 

I agree with farsight, AA is an awesome band if you want to get into heavier stuff, and Twilight and Asator are as good a starting point as anything.

 

On another note, I am ONE FUCKING SECTION away from being able to FC the Deththeme. The Fast Part. The strumming pattern is nothing I’ve ever tried to do before.
