Well, what are you considering “meme charts”? Because I haven’t seen mention of Never Gonna Give You Up, Chocolate Rain, Gangnam Style, Scotty Doesn’t Know, I Am Murloc, Craig by Stephen Lynch, Barbie Girl, You All Everybody, Thrift Shop, Dragostea Din Tei, Ice Ice Baby, Stacy’s Mom, and many of the Weird Al songs – and I would consider those to be funny, meme-like, or straight up what some memes are based on.
