All Unexported Songs!

Sorry if it’s not okay to ask about this, but where can “the unofficial export version of Enter Sandman” be found? I’ve looked around places and searched a lot of forums, but I just can’t find it. I am new to this scene so it’s prolly pretty obvious to most… TIA.
I was wondering the same thing but for all the songs excluded from exporting. I’ve found dead links from past uploads but nothing current.
I’ve got all the songs that didn’t export that Harmonix didn’t re-release. I just need a way to get them online. I see a lot of people use Mediafire to host their files, is that the best option?

I also have Party in the USA that Harmonix charted but didn’t release.
I’ve got a mediafire account now. I just have to get the songs off my xbox and upload them. It will be much later tonight.

I didn’t have Dani California because that worked just from loading title update 5 and then going back to title update 4.
Espher, I found that the Black Hole Sun export will also take your harmony upgrade.
In the folder is:

Feel free to download and share but since this is a free account, I don’t know how long they’ll be available. If someone could give these a more permanent home, I’m sure the community would appreciate it.

I was wondering did you convert these to RB3 yourself? and if so could you tell what you did? It’s just that I was hoping to do something similar for Oasis “Rock And Roll Star”….
I only downloaded these songs. I didn’t convert them. I don’t know anything about setting up customs.
I did download Rock and Rock Star and Hier Kommt Alex also, but they wouldn’t show up in game.

I have the files myself and i tried rebuilding them etc but like you said they never showed up in game…i think it may be something to do with lip sync/animation but not so sure it is something can be fixed quickly by myself…anyway thanks for the info
Thanks for this, glad to have access to Enter Sandman and Paranoid again without having to put in the crusty RB1 disc!
Funny thing, these actually show up as ‘Rock Band’ in the Song Source list, while I’d always heard that rb3con-compiled files always had to show up as RBN. How was this done? Or was I just mistaken, and we can use any of the sources available for our customs?

It’s all about the venue/animation info. As long as it’s Rock Band-kosher (and it is, because it’s in the original Rock Band format), the source can be Rock Band.
Yeah it was nice to get Enter Sandman, Paranoid, Any Way You Want It, Battery and Run to the Hills back in Rock Band 3 without having to switch discs. Those are the only songs I grabbed a while back when someone posted the Rock Band exports. Like someone else said, I already had Dani California and Black Hole Sun because they were re-enabled in TU5 which I used to have before I discovered customs and they still worked when you revert to TU4. Also, I was able to get Give It Away and Spoonman through Rock Band Blitz so pretty much any previous Rock Band songs I want, I have been able to get.
