Account still unverified after almost a year since creating my account

I created an account to post c3 customs at some point last year. At first I figured out that I needed to request file space to host my customs so I have been occasionally doing that, but I was still unable to upload anything. It was only the other day I realised my account is apparently unverified which is surprising because I’ve been agreeing to the TCs whenever I logged onto my account. And I made sure that I was allowing cookies from the website. I have only just added c3 as an exception to the tracker blocking in opera gx, so that might have been causing problems. Does anyone have any other ideas for what might be messing up the verification?
