Let us know if you hit any hurdles or have any questions. The RB:HP packages have the vocals .mids in a raw format if you want existing stuff to look at for reference, and the contribution guide touches on the basic elements of vocal charting (and also mentions adding pro drums, but drums are relatively easy to chart if you can pick out the drums in the mix — I almost always start a song with drums nowadays).
