I’ve finished making a custom, how do I upload it to the C3 Database?

Hey, been around the site for a while now downloading customs, tried my hand at making my own custom. Got it all running smoothly in the game, but I registered as an author on C3 universe and I can’t upload. I see that I have to request to get registered, how do I do that?
(song is Bodys by Car Seat Headrest btw!)
