Converting Clone Hero Files into RB3

Was wanting to know how to convert Clone Hero files into RB3. Saw another thread about this topic (original thread here http://customscreators.com/index.php?/topic/17882-easyxbox360-how-to-convert-clone-hero-song-to-rock-band-easily/) but whatever the download file is in the original post is apparently some type of file that you can’t delete according to one of the comments. If there is any other way of converting the files, please let me know. Or if the file in the other thread is safe could you let me know as well? I have a bad history of downloading files off of forums only for it to be a pain in my ass lmao.
Update. Found this video on how to convert phase shift files to con files. You’re gonna have to put some work into converting files but it’s better than downloading some sketchy .exe file https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awkJgiWotFw
