What happend to the RBN songs that were never released?

is there any way to recover them, or are they lost forever? there we’re a lot of songs i would’ve loved to play such as Powerman 5000’s “Get Your Bones”
I’m not sure if they are still available, but even if they were, we wouldn’t be allowed to share them here.
