Hey guys, some people had this trouble on three of my customs, some harmonies lyrics doesn’t appear on the game and they have the respective lyrics. Who can help me to figure out the problem?

If you’re adding harmony to an already cached custom, then you’ll have to either delete/rebuild your cache, or assign a new ID and rename the upgraded custom.

How I can delete/rebuild the cache?

Delete it from the storage settings in Xbox360’s software.

You can also delete the custom from your cache from within the game. Press yellow (or another button that brings you to the detailed song info) and there should be an option to delete it.
