Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV, Volume One: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness is way too long for Magma, given that album titles can only be a certain length. When I released Ten Speed I just cut of the “From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness”, but what should I put on the rest of the album so that Welcome Home fits in?
It should match the other customs’ meta data from the same album. But otherwise, it’s your song so this is one of those “use your best judgement” kinda scenarios.
Keeping the content Canadian since 2017!

Rock Band 3 lists the album for ‘Welcome Home’ as “Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV, Volume One: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness”. If Magma won’t comply, pick something shorter and edit it afterwards with C3 CON Tools.
I didn’t realize you could edit it in CON tools, I’ll give that a shot. Thanks!
The editing in CAT worked, though Welcome Home doesn’t have the right track number, it’s appearing last in the list.
You’re right. The updated song info on the disc lists it as track 11. You could manually update your exported file for Welcome Home. Probably best to include this in the Harmonies Project as well.
True. I just went into my RBHP files and opened the songs.dta for Welcome Home and changed the track number from 11 to 3. After re-installing it on Xbox that should do the trick, right?

If by reinstalling you mean deleting the song cache and let the game rebuild it, if necessary according to RB:HP instructions? Yes, that should do the job.
Awesome. I’m not sure when the last time RBHP was updated, but that’s one fix that should be implemented.
