Can’t Figure Out How To Convert Streetlight Manifesto’s “9mm…” Into A CON File

Hi everyone, I downloaded the following custom song from the custom list and it needs to be converted into CON form before I can load it into my game: http://customscreators.com/index.php?/page/index.html/_/9mm-and-a-three-piece-suit-r14381
I’ve tried pretty much everything with MAGMA and the CON Tools to figure out how to convert it but am pretty stumped, as I am no author. Any help in getting this converted to a CON is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Damn… This custom is so wrong.
This is just a Phase Shift download listed as a X360 Download, this shouldn’t even be in the db.
When I tested the midi file, I didn’t found BEAT or EVENTS tracks, which is essential to work with Rock Band 3, so that midi definitely is NOT able to be compiled.
If you’re not being able to convert it, the fault is really not yours!!! If someone wants to be able to convert it to RB3, this someone needs to be an author and needs to pass through a lot of work.
That file was not a Xbox file at all, so as was mentioned it should not be on our database. I removed the file from the database and messaged the author. Uploading a working Xbox CON version of a song is not optional – authors who are cheating this need to get in line. Please point out any others like this that you come across. Thank you.

Then I should report this one. It has five comments and even says “This song is only playable with Phase Shift on PC” under notes, no one has reported it.
Both the X360 and PS links are the same, leading to a Phase Shift .rar file.
