ok so i was downloading some customs and they were working just fine… but i had a problem with all of my originally purchased dlc…
i redownloaded the licenses from xbl and redownloaded all the available files. i then got my 360 rgh modded.
i still had my profile set to auto sign in when i got my modded 360 back… because i am an idiot and forgot to take that off… so now my kvn is banned.
most of my dlc works… but i AM having a few problems…
first off… i am running tu 4 and im not sure if that is the problem, but during song select, if i am scrolling down and i get to certain songs, and a lot of them are billy joel songs, the game just freezes.
im wondering if downloading tu 5 onto a usb and just switching between the two title updates when playing dlc/customs will fix the problem that im having…
before i thought of that however, i removed every song from my 360 and placed them into files on my cpu.
i am going to try to load them all onto the system gradually and see what exactly im having troubles with…
another thing i was wondering was, if i used the c3 tools to depack the actual track packs, can i take the extracted songs and place them onto the console individually? will they work that way?
another question and im sorry if i sound like a n00b for this one… but… do all of the files have to be in their correct and respective folders? like all rb1 songs in the 45410869 folder and all of the dlc in the 00000002 subfolder? all of the rb2 songs in the 45410829 folder with all dlc in the 00000002 subfolder? or can i put them all into the rb3 45410914 folder with all the dlc in the 00000002 subfolder?
thanks in advance for any help or advice you can give me.
well i finally figured it out… i did not know… and i didnt even think of trying this until today… that you could connect your 360 to your cpu just like you were doing an ftp, but instead use c3 con tools and use rb to usb on your actual hard drive…
this actually fixed EVERYTHING…
it took FOREVER for everything to load… but it worked.
