Hi – strange thing, I loaded Reaper up this evening and I am missing the sections on the left side that list things such as the audio track and all the instrument parts.
Please look at the screen shot and let me know how I can get it back.
I have been playing around in reaper for the last month and this just all of a sudden happened tonight.
Go to View -> Mixer, and the bottom should come back. As for the side, try moving your mouse to the left edge, to where it makes a two-way arrow, and then click and drag to the right. This will bring the side bars back.
Move your mouse to the left of the Reaper window. Along the border of the window your mouse will turn into a dual arrow pointing left and right. When it does you should be able to click and drag the track list to the right.
Edit: Actually, Gigakoops’s answer is better. Ignore me please.
edit – thanks got the side portion back but I am still missing a section in the middle where you could slow down or speed up the audio – any idea how to get that back ?
View -> Transport
thanks a million all – back in business !
