From their FB page:
Songs from Arctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters, Avenged Sevenfold, Tenacious D, Weezer, & Frank Turner have been DLC in 2015 and will be playable in Rock Band 4 later this year. Which song is your favorite?
They don’t go on to mention whether those actual files will be playable on RB4 or need reworking first. So I guess maybe this isn’t really indicative of any news.
May 1, 2015 at 12:39 am #444220Can’t be the actual files since it’s a new system and it will require new containers, at the very least.
May 1, 2015 at 4:35 am #444236I thought they had already announced this?
May 1, 2015 at 2:51 pm #444281I don’t know how big the new file sizes of the DLC will be but I sure wish Harmonix would make a limited edition RB4 XboxOne with 2 Terabyte hard drive build in to handle all current and on going DLC storage with space to store other games.
May 1, 2015 at 2:53 pm #444283But as I understand it, that’s not up to Harmonix. It would be up to Microsoft to offer a bundle package like that, and I doubt a game like RB4 will be big enough for that. If they do, I would gladly buy a second Xbox One to get the RB4 themed one, but I doubt it
May 1, 2015 at 10:40 pm #444327What’s wrong with using cloud storage?

What’s wrong with using cloud storage?Bandwidth?
May 2, 2015 at 3:50 am #444367So I just updated my Xbox 360 dashboard and was wondering what this update consisted of:
Larger external USB hard drives – Plug in any external USB hard drive up to 2 TB
It’s about freakin time they went over the 32GB restriction. Not that it really matters in terms of Rock Band due to the 2952 song limit. Still a cool update.
May 2, 2015 at 3:55 am #444368There’s a better part to that update. I thought it was already known by now.
No more need for Modio/Horizon/Party Buffalo.

May 2, 2015 at 11:45 pm #444430Read the change log for the Xbox update and try formatting a new USB with it. Changed the file system it uses so now it’s just a standard FAT32 partition that you can copy to and from using Windows.

Whoa, nice!! That makes customs that much more dead-ass simple now ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_emot-3.gif” />

If I have a currently existing USB drive that has hundreds of customs already on it, I am out of luck though right? I would have copy all of those to my computer and then erase and re-format the USB stick and then copy them back over?
