Party Buffalo won’t add anything

Still new to all of this. Downloaded everything from my X-Box. Went to add update to the install folder and it tells me the following information:
The process cannot access the file ‘C:rockbandtu00000001_00000000’ because it is being used by another process.
at CLKsFATXLib.Folder.CreateNewFile(String Path)
at Party_Buffalo.Forms.EntryAction.b__0()
any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks.
Way late to this, but, in case you’re still dealing with this:
The process cannot access the file ‘C:rockbandtu00000001_00000000’ because it is being used by another process.This means another application is accessing the file. Make sure you don’t have AV software or something scanning it. Restart the PC and try it again.
