so I was having the issue where certain songs won’t show up in game and I tried opening my flash drive with Horizon rather than Party Buffalo to load some songs. they loaded fine, i closed Horizon and safely removed hardware.
but now the drive isn’t seen by my xbox, when i put it back in the comp, horizon can see it, but not my xbox.
any thoughts? what did I do wrong?
Can’t tell you what went wrong, but I had similar issues in the past. Sometimes if I tried to delete something thru a file manager instead if the 360 it would cause the issue, other times it is inscrutable.
My solution has been to use 2 usb drives – one to manage and add new cons and the other to keep “sacrosanct,” in the system, and then move the cons/packs from one to the other. No issues with that since.
Thanks for the reply, I lost a 32gig usb drive by deleting a file through party buffalo(became unviewable on both pc and xbox), so I was using my backup 16gig and this happened ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” />
so I ordered another pair of USB drives and I’ll try the dual drive method. do I need to setup both drives with the rock band directory structure or only the final destination drive?
also, which drive explorer program do you use?
You can’t even reformat it on PC? Weird.
You should be good if you only delete via xbox. I’ve used multiple programs, including both mentioned and the one for Mac, whose name I forget.
Edit, oops, missed the other question. Yeah, you have to set em both up. You’ll become good at doing it rapidly. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
