I’m in the process of making my 4th guitar custom and during the testing phase I’ve encountered an error I’ve not come across before or seen mentioned when reading this forum.

I test the song on RB3 and all is fine for the first few minutes, the animations, lipsync, guitar notes and song tempo are all as they should be, and overdrive works when I trigger it.

Then I get to a a certain point in the song and the vocalist and guitarist both freeze on the spot, the only movement from the vocalist is her lipsync which continues to work. The audience member animations also stop at this point.

It’s also from this point that Overdrive stops working, I try to trigger it to no avail.

I’ve encountered errors when making songs before and usually from reading the guides or searching these forums (which I’d recommend to any new creators like myself who find themselves in trouble, 9 times out of 10 I find a solution this way) but this issue has me totally confused.

I’ve checked the guitar and vocals charts in Reaper at the point in the song where this occours and I don’t see any obvious issues that could be causing this to happen.

I have some camera and lighting effects assigned to the Venue track, these all work as they should during testing and none of them are set around the point of freezing so I don’t see an obvious issue there either

I’m pretty sure i’m missing an obvious issue and fix for this though, so if any of you guys can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated!

Just a quick update to say that this is now sorted, in a stupid oversight on my part the beat map was running short and ending around the time in which my freeze errors were taking place. I didn’t spot this unti I shrank down my charts in Reaper. I’ve now extended the beat map and all seems to be good!
