Hi, I’m naginalJJ and I’m just getting into the whole authoring thing and I’ve decided my first project would be to get the all the albums (including the upcoming History Repeating: Red coming out in April) from The Megas into RB3. I’ve wanted them in for a long time and finally decided to take matters into my own hands. I’m currently working on I Want To Be The One from the Get Equipped album and am working on the drums and praying I’m tempo mapping correctly (probably not but I do what I can). The songs will be FB, at least expert, maybe all difficulties if I can get over my crippling laziness. If anyone wants to help with any songs, I’d more than welcome it. But stay tuned and look for some Megas hopefully soon.
This sounds like a great idea.
Sweet, I was thinking of doing one of their tracks. I wouldn’t mind helping with vocals/harmonies, if you need it.
Absolutely! I’ll take what I can get. I can handle charting the instruments just fine I think but vocals is a different beast altogether and these songs NEED harmonies charted for max fun factor
Absolutely. I’ve enjoyed them enough times in concert to know about the harmonies.
Update!
Sorry it’s taken so long but lots of overtime at work makes custom work go slow. I believe I’ve finished the expert drums and tempo mapping for I Want To Be The One but I’m going to post the project so people can tell me what I’ve messed up and/or what/how to fix it. Feedback is much appreciated!
I didn’t notice any glaring problems with it. Whenever you’re done with the instruments, send me the updated project file. I’ve got the lyrics hyphenated and ready.
Sounds great. Bass and guitar shouldn’t take too long now that it’s all tempo mapped and everything.
