Right away, you slowed down your BEAT track, you can see it from the minipicture you uploaded. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif”> Delete the MIDI track and copy it over from our C3 template. Try again after that.

“Welcome to MIDI Tester 1.0
This program is intended to quickly let you test MIDI after MIDI for compliance with RBN2.0 standards.
All you have to do is drag the MIDI file(s) here. This program will read through it, and create an adequate test project. MagmaCompiler is then called to process the MIDI for RBN2.0 compliance without actually compiling the song (so no time wasted compiling the audio).
You can do back-to-back MIDIs without having to close this form.

January 14, 2014 at 5:38 pm #412209If you haven’t already, download this:
http://keepitfishy.com/d.php?51701e35e6956
Use the C3 Template for Reaper. Now:
1) Open your Reaper project, delete BEAT track
2) Open C3 Template, copy BEAT track
3) Go back to your Reaper project and paste BEAT track
Now you have a working BEAT track.
January 14, 2014 at 6:16 pm #412212Ok, i’ve DL your RBN Template
I’ve delete my BEAT lane and switch with your new BEAT lane (copy past)
Save it and retry to rend this but exactly the same message (with your beat)
I think i’ll try this with another song for fixed it
EDIT: I’ve try with 2 different song same message and with yuor template…
January 14, 2014 at 7:35 pm #412217Make sure you’ve installed the RBN tools and plugins:
January 15, 2014 at 6:34 am #412252What Farottone said, if you the plugins are installed, it should fix your error.
Installing the plugins, in addition to making authoring easier, also changes the default Ticks Per Beat from 960 to 480, which is the issue you’re having. Go into preferences, go to the MIDI section, and make sure the box that says Ticks per Quarter Note has 480 as its value.
As shown here:
But also make sure those plugins are installed

That happens when the [end] event is more than a quarter note away from the last note in the BEAT track. Either add a Beat note just before the end event (at this point all characters should be in realtime animation, so it won’t affect those) or move the end events closer to the last note in the Beat track.
January 16, 2014 at 9:54 pm #412334I think I’ve Succeeds Event/BEAT problem… but one mistake resolve.. a new mistake appear yuhu

According to the picture you posted. Magma says it found a Pro Keys track, so I’m assuming all other tracks are in there too. If you only did guitar, make sure that the MIDI you exported only has the guitar, venue, beat and events tracks. Those 4 tracks should be the only ones in that MIDI.
When exporting the MIDI from Reaper, make sure that the radio button for “Selected tracks only” or something like that is selected. Otherwise Reaper will export all MIDI tracks that it finds in the project.
