Blog post: January 10, 2014 – Mixed singles, 26 RBHP upgrades, and the start of weekly song fixes!
Use this thread to provide feedback on any of the following songs:
New! Singles
- Faith No More – “Evidence” (farottone)
- Sha Na Na – “Pretty Little Angel Eyes” (Nyxyxylyth)
- Sugarcult – “Dead Living” (thomeval)
From the Vault: Singles
- Haddaway – “What Is Love” (Nightmare Lyre and Gigakoops)
- Panic! at the Disco – “The Ballad of Mona Lisa” (Nyxyxylyth)
- WoodenToaster – “Avast Fluttershy” (Nightmare Lyre)
Starting this week, we’re also listing any recent fixes to previous C3 songs. Here’s the list of songs so far:
- Metric – “Gimme Sympathy”: Now features a regular stereo mix, because the stems were kind of bad.
- KoRn – “Y’all Want a Single”: Some missing cymbals and a count-in have been added, and some harmony note tubes have been properly aligned.
- David Guetta feat. Sia – “She Wolf (Falling to Pieces)”: Minor animation issues have been corrected.
- Austrian Death Machine – “It’s Turbo Time”: Fixed a tempo map error.
- Gloria Gaynor – “I Will Survive”: The correct version has been uploaded, following an incorrect push of a development version with many issues.
Please use this thread for feedback and general discussion. To report a bug or other issue with these songs, visit the C3 Bug Tracker.
January 10, 2014 at 4:14 pm #411979Thanks as always! I will pick up the updated version of What is Love, Mona Lisa for the first time and maybe the Sugarcult song. I hope there is plans for more Sugarcult like Pretty Girl and Memory!
January 10, 2014 at 4:16 pm #411980You will notice a nice survey in the download interstitial, please take the time to fill it, it tells a lot about what you do with our customs. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif”>

Although I will say, a question about how much longer we will even be playing Rock Band makes me kinda sad/worried that even this custom community may be kinda dying out. I hope I’m wrong though.

Let’s say results are already clear and NOBODY wants to stop playing Rock Band anytime soon. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif”>

January 10, 2014 at 8:09 pm #412005I really like how the song database has a column for updated songs. I’ll have to give that Sha Na Na song a go. There just isnt enough of that era in the game so it seems fresh to me.
January 10, 2014 at 9:39 pm #412014Dead Living… I totally know that from some racing game!!!
January 10, 2014 at 9:39 pm #412015More Faith No More!
Always loved this song. It’s my second-favourite off “King For A Day… Fool For A Lifetime” and now it joins the five FNM songs already in my collection. Thank you! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
January 10, 2014 at 9:51 pm #412017So… Is it “Panic!” or “Panic”? For organizational purposes.
January 10, 2014 at 10:18 pm #412019So… Is it “Panic!” or “Panic”? For organizational purposes. It almost was “Panic!” at first.
January 11, 2014 at 1:23 am #412035So… Is it “Panic!” or “Panic”? For organizational purposes. The official in-game sorting is “Panic at the Disco”, because the first Panic songs in RB were released during Pretty Odd, which was their brief stint without the exclamation point. Their first album (“I Write Sins Not Tragedies”, etc.) and their third album (“The Ballad of Mona Lisa”) were both WITH the exclamation point.
If you want to be super accurate, go into all of your files — including the RB2 export — and change them to “Panic! at the Disco”. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif”>
January 11, 2014 at 10:33 pm #412076Nice work this week ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
Oh, thanks for updating Fluttershy’s Yay song!..and getting rid of plot at the end of the title. (That made it seem like it was an entirely different song)
January 13, 2014 at 8:50 pm #412162Huge thanks, as always!
