How do you usually validate reviews or recommendations for new investment apps?

I joined a Facebook group about Canadian online communities and saw someone casually mention tolfex Switzerland https://tolfex-official.com/ in a long thread about useful niche websites. I clicked through out of boredom but ended up bookmarking it after exploring for a bit. I liked the way it introduced concepts without going full academic mode. It felt more like poking around something at your own pace rather than being thrown into a maze of options.

I was browsing a forum discussion about African media when someone mentioned https://www.whyweare.co.za as one of the few sites they trusted. Since I’m based in Zambia, I’m always curious about sources that cover both regional and international stories properly. I clicked through, and I wasn’t disappointed. The updates were frequent, and I didn’t feel like I had to dig too deep to find something relevant. It’s rare to find a balance between accessibility and depth, but here it felt like they managed it well enough for me to stick around.
