I know we haven’t even started yet, but a heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in this project! It’s a great idea, and the money’s going to a great cause!

As always, thanks so much for sharing these. Great timing with the release of Jane Live yesterday!

Also, Reap What You Sow is probably the most fun song I’ve ever played on drums.

Hahaha, man. If only all 4 didn’t have such tragically inaudible bass guitar. I’ll see if I can find some motivation to put together some bass charts anyway.

Not sure how helpful it is, but here’s a bass tab for Combustion: web tab, GP5 (can convert GP5 to MIDI with TuxGuitar), and a bass tab for Clockworks: web tab, GP5. Couldn’t find any for the other two.

I’m always stoked to see more Converge in the database, thanks for charting these!

I’m mostly a Showbiz guy, so from your list: ‘Showbiz’ and ‘Hate this & I’ll Love You’ would be the ones I’d like to see most. My top two overall would be ‘Cave’ and ‘Escape’, but I assume you’re only doing conversions, and not charting more tracks at the moment.

Excited for tracks from any albums before The Resistance though; Muse definitely has a lot of tracks that fit great in Rock Band. Thanks for taking the time to do conversions!

Very cool to see some O’Brother tracks, I’ll need to try these out (I’ve mostly only listened to the Death of Day EP by them). Aimless Arrow is still kicking my butt though, up to 96% now. Thanks for charting these!

Parallax II is charted on drums but only for individual songs. There are cons available at Frets On Fire if you search. Enjoy!

I’ll have to poke around for those, then. I never feel like I can find things on the FoF forums, but I can probably just use Google and the song names. Thanks!

Definitely was not expecting to see another full length BTBAM to appear today! Really excited to try this out, thanks very much for working on the conversion. Now I just need someone to chart Parallax II or Coma Ecliptic.

I’m not sure how helpful this is, but for any inquiring customs trackers, there’s a decent amount of post-rock songs tabbed out in full on Songsterr already. I don’t have any experience in tracking, but I’d imagine the transliteration’s a bit easier when you don’t also have to figure out what exactly is being played (especially if you’re not intimately familiar with the song already).

Anyways, here are a few links as examples:

    Mono – Finlandia + Youtube

Mono – Halcyon (Beautiful Days) +

    Mono – Yearning + Youtube

Explosions In The Sky – A Song For Our Fathers +

Explosions In The Sky- Let Me Back In +

God Is An Astronaut – Suicide By Star +

God Is An Astronaut – All Is Violent All Is Bright +

Godspeed You! Black Emperor – Monheim +

    Mogwai – Glasgow Mega-Snake +

    Mogwai – Batcat +

Personally, my biggest request would be pretty much any Russian Circles song. If you want to get technical about it, it’s probably more “post-metal” than post-rock, but the instrumentation in all of their songs is complex, unique, and really fun to play on all three Guitar/Bass/Drums. Harper Lewis is the only one tabbed out in full on Songsterr, but it’s also one of their best songs:

Russian Circles – Harper Lewis +
