That happened to me once too — a delivery sat in the sun outside our building for half a day, and the whole batch was toast. Ever since, I’ve added a simple instruction for couriers to leave parcels in the shade or at the reception desk. It’s also worth coordinating deliveries so they don’t arrive right before weekends or holidays. And if you have a reliable courier that texts before arrival, that alone can save a lot of reagents.
