First off, what are the errors you are recieving from C3 Con Tools, without knowing that, it’s very hard to assist
Have you installed everything from the “requirements” section of the download page?
“REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft .NET 4
http://www.microsoft…s.aspx?id=17851
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010
http://www.microsoft…ls.aspx?id=5555
32-bit Java Runtime (if you use the PS3 Converter)
http://www.oracle.co…ows-141940.html“
Those are all legit downloads (and infact, nothing you get from C3 should give you a virus, you also shouldn’t need any other software but C3 Con Tools for Rock Band 3 custom songs)
Download that, and then open up Setlist Manager, go to file, import RB3 Song Cache and you’re golden, Setlist Manager even allows you to export as a PDF too in a range of different styles (I tend to use DeadlyRobot’s/Basic 2 with an alternate colour and page border which appears to be close to the output of the Troy Davis program)
Thank you for responding, Storm360. I’ve managed to get the C3 Tool Kit to work but now I’m having trouble figuring out how to extract what I need from the “songcache” file.
Would you by chance know what I need to do in order to extract the contents of the “songcache” file?

You’re right. After some coaching from a friend of mine, he pointed out that I wouldn’t be changing anything major on the PC, just adding programs to it. So I did. We shall see if I get anywhere further to my goal.
