Hey guys, does anyone here have experience with using emulated NANDs? I’m trying to set one up so I can use longer/higher quality songs, but for the life of me, I can’t get it to work with Rock Band 3. Currently, I’m using NeoGamma and d2x cIOS to play a burned backup of the game which works fine for playing songs off of the SD card. I’ve tried to use neek2o, but every time I try and load RB3, it gets passed all the opening logos but stops right before the video intro thing and freezes. I’ve also tried dumping my NAND to the usb drive and using USB Loader GX to just emulate the save files, but even when I set the paths and such, the game just goes right to my real NAND. I’ve been pulling my hair out over this for weeks, can anybody here help me out?
Sorry, I actially figured out what my problem was. I just needed to install the wad files! It’s all working perfectly, thanks for the great guide!
Hi,
Where can I find the common-key file needed to get these songs to load? I assume that my having only the blank file is the reason it says it cannot restore to system memory.
You are about to leave Rhythm Gaming World and access the external songs DB. While no song or file sold for commercially available videogames is hosted there and only fan generated content is allowed, Rhythm Gaming World has no direct control over the database and no files are hosted here. Alright, we had to made you aware of this, now you can visit the database!
