Just wanted to express my thanks for your hard work on IKS! IMHO, they’re severely under represented in the library of customs considering just how many songs they have to add for all instruments, and we could always use more of them. You did a great job, and if your future releases are anything like that, I have a lot to look forward to. Thanks again!
I personally prefer for all of the notes to be charted as red during a snare roll, but I also know that my case is rather unique since I play on an actual drum set and can perform the accents myself by ear. My best example of this is the intro to Planets by Avenged Sevenfold, in which the accented snare notes are charted as yellow, but I just play them on red instead and do the accents myself. However, I understand that most people don’t have the luxury of playing on a real drum set and therefor, it’s probably best to chart them as yellow.
Great work on Dead Memories! A personal favorite of mine from Slipknot, and it looks fantastic while playing it. I second what the others have already said. Keep up the good work!
Thinking back, I probably should have checked the 1x link just to see if they were switched, but I was just a little too lazy. I can finally say that I’m able to play the 2x version though and it’s fucking awesome!
Just wanted to give some much deserved thanks to the charters in here. I know you don’t get nearly enough thanks, largely in part due to complacent people like me, but hopefully this helps in whatever small way that it does. I appreciate the work you all put into charting, and your absence wouldn’t go unnoticed.
