Something you missed. Cover version of official DLC. No bueno.

I tried to see if I can release GHII version of Woman, because I prefer the guitar solo in the middle, but there was no waaaayy.

That sucks. On a similar note, since the original studio versions of I Wanna Rock and Were Not Gonna Take It are DLC for Rock Band 4, what would that mean for the re-recordings from the Guitar Hero games? (obviously the far superior mixes for both songs dont @ me)

I like pop, I like soul, I like rock, but I never liked disco.

Scratch the Post Malone song — methinks HMX had that same idea. Guess I’ma have some fun playing it in RB4 this week! =P

I’m surprised I’m not finding any Post Malone across the forum. You sure nobody’s talking about him? Anyway, I’ve added the legendary “Take What You Want” with guest vocals from Travi$ Scott as well as the Prince of Darkness himself.

Hi there. Scratch everything else I’ve said up to this point; currently I’m working on Aerosmith’s original version of Train Kept a Rollin’, which many of you recognize as a classic from RB1. As you might have guessed, it was quite easy for me to make some good progress, so I’ll probably be doing this exclusively for now.

I’ve also added a German novelty song as well as the original version of Story of My Life by Social Distortion. Seeing as the Social Distortion songs we have in the store are all rerecords from their 2007 Greatest Hits album, I would think I’m in the clear with this.

I like pop, I like soul, I like rock, but I never liked disco.

So, yeah. LOTS of new stuff added. I have added the entire blacklist_ album by Dangerkids to my catalog, including a good chunk of progress on the title track. I saw no mention of Dangerkids in the WIPs subforum, so if you happen to be charting any of these songs ahead of me, PLEASE let me know in a PM and don’t send a hostile post here. Let’s be civil, guys.

Other new additions include four songs from Splatoon (since only Splattack has been charted and/or documented in the whole forum), a full band chart of Breadfan and a live rendition of Now That We’re Dead by Metallica.

Most notably, I just got my hands on the full multitrack master recording of “Alone in a Room” by Asking Alexandria, so expect to see that made available soon enough as well…

I actually tried to remaster Breadfan last night, it sounds pretty cool with more of a bass sound and more defined drum part — it was recorded in the …And Justice days.

That said, I figured I’d rework Breadfan as a custom from scratch.

Added Mr. Mom by Lonestar. I’m surprised none of their songs have been worked on already.

So I’ve scrapped the whole Kmac thing since I hardly have any free time these days and I hardly use it for charting customs. Instead I’ve listed five songs by the Mambo king himself, Lou Bega (maybe six if I ever get into any songs not from A Little Bit of Mambo). None of them are Mambo No. 5, which of course is already in the database.

Yeah go ahead. I havent bothered to work on customs lately.

Hi. I went and added Fist Bump (and only that because Infinite was already taken, smh) and a live-in-studio rendition of Metallica’s Frantic.

Oh, and in case you haven’t noticed, Jump Up, Super Star is no more.

Replaced said song with One Night in Bangkok – Murray Head. I made an extensive search on the WIP forums and can safely say that I did not find any trace of it anywhere.

I’m currently working on Good Goodbye. Interestingly, the music video includes a nice prelude that wasn’t present on the album.

If you would take a few minutes and search the WIP forum for songs BEFORE you add them to your WIP list, then you wouldn’t be having this problem.

Redacted. Taken to issue in PM.

Hello. It’s been a while. I went and added several songs to my “to do” list, many of them being a tad unconventional for a game where you rock the world, including Trapped in the Drive-Thru, Atomic Dog, some Barenaked Ladies, and the main theme song for Super Mario Odyssey. Let me know what you think. ;D

Now on my WIP list. I think you’ll like it. =D
