Ah, it turns out “Five Per Cent For Nothing” only has drums charted. Anyone want to chart the guitar, bass and keys? I can send you the multi-tracks so it shouldn’t be too hard.

Isn’t it just piano for that song? So doesn’t everyone who has that song have the “multitracks” to it?

It sounded like it had two different keyboard layers (presumably from two different keyboards) but I could be wrong. I certainly don’t have those separated if it is two keyboards.

 

I do have multitracks for “Five Per Cent For Nothing” and “We Have Heaven”. Anyone who needs them can PM me.

Today I helped Mati12Osorio improve his Tetris theme chart by sending him the multitrack audio. I just want to remind everyone that it’s trivially easy to get the multitrack audio for nearly all chiptunes from the 8-bit era of the Gameboy and NES all the way till chiptunes stopped being used in mainstream games. Nobody should be struggling through making a chart for a classic video game chiptune without having the multitrack audio when it’s so trivially easy to get.

I just checked, and all the charts I’ve got for Dream Theater’s “Falling into Infinity” are incomplete except tracks 6 and 7. I have the multis for that album and I need people to work on that whole album.

Also, it would be nice to have the different parts of “A Change of Seasons” charted as separate songs in addition to the single big giant chart for the whole thing that c3 has.

Yeah but I’m not saying I’ve got charts. I’m saying I’ve got multitrack audio. Charts are what I need help with.

 

The question was: Would it help for me to make a list of which Dream Theater songs are still missing from the database? (and mark which ones I’ve got multitrack audio for)

“Battle Without Honor or Humanity” is in the database too but it doesn’t match up with my audio. Different playback speed apparently. My audio is much better so I’m going to be looking into how I can re-author that one to fit better at some point.
