Hard to believe it’s been 40 years. I can still remember where I was when I heard the news.

They will work on wii, with a little effort. I don’t use dolphin, so I don’t know if it will work. You should check out the discord server @: https://discord.gg/XM9gexj. There’s a lot of information there.

Wii customs are still getting tested to avoid them from bricking the Wii
I’ve downloaded and converted every custom so far with no problems. I don’t think the customs would brick the wii. It’s possible to brick it in the modding stage. Mine has been modded for a long time, over 10 years.

ParticipantGreat songs….just keep em coming. 42 down and only 109 more to go!!!
My vWii never felt better. Love playing these in TBRB instead of RB3. Don’t get me wrong it’s great having an option on which game I want to play them on. 😁

ParticipantCool.
Nice to see someone is still looking after this amazing program.Any thoughts on making the setlist manager recognize TBRB cache?

ParticipantThank you so much I was worried you not going to release them anymore
I learnt a long time ago that customs take a while and we just have to be patient. After all it’s just a hobby for most and sometimes life gets in the way.

ParticipantNot yet, Unfortunately the team are mostly PS3/360 players, so we aren’t super familar with how Wii customs work, if anyone wants to try and help though, please, get in touch at our Discord
Thanks for the reply. Maybe one day I’ll be able to play these customs on my Wii. Till then I will still be downloading all of them just in case.
Keep up the great work!!

ParticipantGreat releases, it would be nice to be able to play them on the wii.

Participantnvm last post, I found a way to play TBRB on Wii (vWii) with an emu/virtual nand.
Now just need to find out how to make these customs work.
I’ve tried Stack’s RB3WiiCustomsManager, changed the files to TBRB files and found that the tmd file only has 57 slots.
That is only room for all the songs that were available. Now if I could only figure out a way to increase those slots…hmmmm

ParticipantI came across a way to run TBRB on vWii emu/virtual nand (SD card) that works.
WHY doesn’t RB3 work the same way????????
That’s not quite true, I can get RB3 to work, just can’t load any custom DLC.
Is there a way to convert my official DLC to app files?

ParticipantHey StackOverflow0x, I was looking over this new TBRB custom thread and I thought I would do a little experimenting.
I’d like to see if I can get the customs working on the (v)Wii.
I was using your RB3WiiCustomsManager(for sZGE), I changed all the information (the cert, title and tmd files) plus the banner file I have.
Now your program says banner file missing, I’m assuming that somewhere in your coding is the banner file (00000001.app).
I’d like to be able to change it to 00000039.app.
Not sure if this will work but I’d like to try.
If you have any hints or suggestions on this matter, please let me know.
I know it’s not RB3 but it’s still Wii!!!

ParticipantCan someone help me with my official DLC for TBRB on wii (vWii actually).
Not customs, just regular HMX DLC.
My official DLC won’t load into the game. It gives me the add-on content cannot be restored to wii system memory.
I have all the DLC that was available (purchased when new). My R9JE folder shows 57 bin files (0-56).
I’m running it the same way I run RB3, through wiflow. SD card is enabled.
It doesn’t matter if I use wiiflow or the disc channel, same result.
This is for vWii not a regular wii.
Any help or a nudge to a different forum would be great.
With the possibility of playing new Beatles customs, I thought I would start playing again.
