  • Early hero of 2016 for doing “This is the Time”! Any future plans for more Nothing More, by any chance?

You could always take your guitar over to someone else’s house who has Windows 7 or higher. I don’t imagine the update taking more a few minutes.

The installer took longer than the update itself for me. And the update was nearly instantaneous.

Campaign’s been fun thus far. Definitely a revamped RB2 campaign, but the game does well to throw some fun twists into the mix. The song voting system, for example, sometimes it’ll give you a song outright as a choice, other times it’ll be vague, like “a song from 1979” or “Something metal”. I chose the latter and the game had me play “Through the Fire and Flames” between 2 tier 0 songs.  Leaving songs up to vote has been a nice feature thus far, probably better with more people fighting over choices, though; I’ve been playing the tour solo thus far, so your choice becomes the choice.

Well, when they said RB4 would be the framework game, they meant it. The gameplay is great, as RB gameplay is, freestyle guitar solos are super fun, and I’ve been enjoying the main disc setlist.  Feature-wise is where the game is lacking, mainly with game options and character/band creation, but supposedly there’s going to be updates to that stuff. RB4’s feeling a lot like an early access game right now, for whatever that would mean to peope. But I gotta say, and not just because of my part in the Road Crew, that I’m enjoying the hell out of it right now. I’ll be keeping my 360 for customs, but I will definitely keep playing RB4 even after my part in the Crew is done.

Can’t say much about the story mode yet, as I haven’t touched it, but I’m excited to try it out.

Yeah, their communication up to this point has been, lets say, less than stellar….

On Twitter, HMX Thrasher is now saying that the bundles are arriving….but nobody seems to have received them yet. It would be helpful if they communicated with us directly about the shipping situation, instead of the random vague tweets that they seem to be doing.

Oh well. I guess I can’t complain too much, since I am getting something that is normally $250, for free.

People have been able to find and track their orders (somehow, I’ve been completely unable thus far), and apparently the bundle and some secret 5lb package will arrive by Friday. Some are saying 8 PM, which would be a shame for me; I was hoping to have my bundle ready for my library’s game night.

Became a part of this Facebook group, it’s been extremely active: https://www.facebook.com/groups/606066239531619/?fref=nf

    Anyone else make it?

Well, now they’ve said they are “on the way from the fulfillment center,” though it is unclear where they are in the shipping process or how they will be shipped. I guess we’ll see them when we see them!

Apparently. Wherever you saw that from, so much for the message they were gonna send about it, I guess.

EDIT: Found it on their Twitter. Well, hopefully.means they’re arriving early this week, then.

So no one else has gotten an email regarding the band-in-a-box, right? Not just me?

But I’m not upset or mad or in any way resenting those that did get in. Why? It’s not your fault!

Enjoy and make sure to share with the not so lucky. Maybe those that did get in should do an AMA kind of thing so we can get all the pending questions answered prior to release.

Thank you to everyone for the congratulations!

I would be happy to share everything that I can with you all, providing that is allowed. I still cant believe I was accepted into it. <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />

Right? Didn’t think mine would make enough of an impact to be worth accepting.

But yeah, I’d also be glad to talk about stuff when the bundle comes in. Apparently HMX’ll let us know what’s fair game to share once we get the gear.

Congrats to everyone who got in! I applied also and made the cut, this was my vid:

Dunno how much right I have to be posting this, the basically non-entity that I am on this site, when likely more deserving members didn’t make it. But I gotta give my credit where it’s due (and could evidently not be mentioned explicitly in the video): customs were a huge factor in keeping me playing Rock Band, so I want to extend my thanks to the C3 staff and community for their part in making this possible!
