Can anyone help me?
After having almost 850 songs downloaded (official and custom) on my SD card, I can’t put another one. I don’t really know why. I’m in the sZGE file and I have exactly 248 files in that folder. No matter what I add, when Rock Band tries to refresh the list, it says the SD card is corrupted, but the funny part is that ALL the other downloaded songs work no problem and Wii just deletes all other files I put in this folder.
For example: if I add 249.bin and 250.bin, when I try to load them, Wii says the SD card is corrupted (even though it is not), delete these files…
Can anybody help me? Have I reached Wii’s song limity?
I’m having the exact same issue. Is there any way to fix it?
Hello, guys, how easy/hard is it to convert multitrack songs to “singletrack (?)” for wii? There are probably 8-10 songs I’d like to play but they’re multitrack. The people who created these songs didn’t answer my questions asking for converting so, I’m trying it by myself.
Thank you all
They should all be in the database here.
There were wii versions there. Here we only find xboxs which stutter in wii.

Does anybody know where http://www.pksage.com/songlist/?sc=C3songs are?
I really wanted some Keane/Michael Jackson’s songs and here I can only find multitracks. Today I went to the http://www.pksage.com/songlist/?sc=C3page and although the songs are there, the links are all down.
Can anybody help me, please?
Thanks in advance
Guys, is it possible to “know” which song is a bad song in the sd card?
My Teenage Dream song is broken – probably I made a mistake – and it doesn’t work. The album cover doesn’t show up and there isn’t even the “loading” logo when scrolling it. Once I try to load it, it says it cannot be transferred to wii’s memory. I cannot delete it. When I try to, it says “are you sure you want to delete 0 song?” Everytime I hit yes, “unable to delete”.
The question is, I have more than 400 songs and I really DONT know the song number. Is there any method?
Thank you all always for helping me out!
You need to create the folders but most importantly you need to use the correct packer for the correct generation. If you want to use sZGE you will need to pack using the sZGE packer.
Hello! Thank you very much for your answer!
Could you please tell me where to find it?
Use a single track version by or alter the multitrack to use less than ten channels so the Wii can handle it, ideally by requesting the author convert it. Neither are usually easy prospects without the authors help. I’ve personally converted a bunch of songs myself by finding multitracks online or through custom authors, in the latter case so Wii-compatible customs can be available to the public.
For the F generation I’d recommend only going as low as 052; the slot the test song Stack provided uses. I’ve found slots higher than that are typically okay.
The only lower slot I have a folder for is 009 because I personally upgraded The Touch with album art.
G and H should both allow pretty much every slot to be used freely for customs since they were never used.
How can I use these folders? Just create a folder named SZGE (or SZHE)? No file needed inside them?
Thank you for your answer!
Seeing that your banner file is 00000026.app I’m assuming you are using sZFE.
Here is the meta folders structure used by the official DLCs in sZFE (sZFP for PAL)
"001", "00000001"
"003", "00000003"
"005", "00000005"
"007", "00000007"
"009", "00000009"
"011", "0000000b"
"013", "0000000d"
"015", "0000000f"
"017", "00000011"
"019", "00000013"
"021", "00000015"
"023", "00000017"
"025", "0000001a"
"027", "0000001c"
"029", "0000001e"
"031", "00000020"
"033", "00000022"
"035", "00000024"
"037", "00000027"
"039", "00000029"
"041", "0000002b"
"043", "0000002d"
"045", "0000002f"
"047", "00000031"As you can see they didn’t always follow the dec = hex rule.
Hope this helps.
It’s funny because now, only Diamonds is working. kkkkkk
Stuttering usually means too many audio channels for the Wii to process. If the ones it’s happening on use multitracks, that’s why. Which songs are having this problem?
Now that you are saying that, I can see why this is happening. For example, Your Body by Christina Aguilera is a problem for me. It worked fine 2 times but now it stutters. It’s a multitrack song.
Is there a way of working this out?
Thank you very much for your support
Hi, guys.
I’ve been facing some weird issues with my customs. For example, I have a song that worked fine for the 2/3 times I tested it. But, for the 4th time up untill now, there’s stuttering that is persistent and always in the same places. I tried deleting cache but no good. I really don’t know why. I was thinking it could be about the amount of DLC/Custom I have in the SD card. Now I have about 600 songs. Tried deleting some songs, but no good.
This is my minor problem. Only 2 or 3 of the songs I tested have this stuttering. They are nice but I can live without it.
My big problem is about exporting customs or creating them. I download them the normal way – using C3 and converting them to wii “version” – and I haven’t encountered any problem. But, as I reached the 500 song, packdlc.bat seems to be a little bit weird for me. Since I only have 001.bin, 002.bin, 003.bin and 004.bin that are “real rock band songs”, I tried switching back to small numbers like 25~40. For the most part it worked fine, but with some songs I get a weird error that I haven’t found so far:
Could not find RB2_DLC_*
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’ve downloaded the files once more, but the problem is still happening. Could you help me, please?
I have posted some images down bellow.
Thank you very much for your support!
