Stage Presence!!
That sine wave immediately made my mind thing “THEREMIN PART IN ROCK BAND YES!” ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” /> Obviously just joking around, although I am curious of what that exactly is, as that looks like something they’d put in Rock Band Blitz.
May 2, 2015 at 1:45 am in reply to: HMX uses PKSage’s back up of RBN docs according to this video. #444347I see I’m not the only one who was going over the video with a fine toothed comb.It shows they’re still charting harmonies, at least, which they’d never actually confirmed.
–edit–
Also, the song they were showing in the scroll was just Rize of the Fenix.
I wouldn’t be that surprised if Harmonies returned. They haven’t really deconfirmed it, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it returned.
Also, what’s this “MARKUP” track at 0:38. It has notes representing chords, it seems, and text events like “[scale def]” and “[scale V7]” and “[root Gb]” or at least I THINK it’s “[root Gb]”. There’s also one that’s “[root A]” at the far left.
See for yourself. This is the MARKUP track.
I saw someone theorize this to be the new keys track, although they said they weren’t working on keys atm, and I see no reason for them to change the system like this. Maybe this is part of the system and I just don’t remember. I’ve never seen anything like this. Any thoughts or comments on this?
I personally originally theorized this to be some sort of VENUE control. But with text events like “scale” and “root”, I don’t know, anymore.
UPDATE: More songs, and limit hit.
Alright, I’m adding three more songs to this list. Before reading any further, yes, I am near complete with most of these. I LIKE TO POTTY is near complete, and the four I’m Nekkid tracks just need a VENUE track. I do not expect to get any of these done quickly, but I will try to make them high quality.
With that said, I’m adding Sacred Stones Battle Medley, passport.mid, and canyon.mid to the mix.
“Sacred Stones Battle Medley” contains seven tracks from Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones, specifically, in order, Attack, Defence, The Battle Must Be Won, Powerful Foe, Sacred Strength, The Prince’s Despair, and Return of the Demon King. I’ve actually been working on this for a while, and just have neglected to tell anyone for some odd reason. So without further ado, Sacred Stones Battle Medley’s Expert Chart is finished, so reductions and animation events are a necessity.
The other two tracks are MIDI files dear to my heart from one of my first computers I’ve ever own/shared with my siblings. “Passport, Please” (passport.mid) and “Trip Through The Grand Canyon” (canyon.mid) are two tracks I’m authoring just for the sake of nostagia. These were MIDI files released on Windows 95 that I found in the C:/Windows/Media folder, and I found on my own. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” /> It was pretty difficult to retrieve these MIDIs, but as of now, I am charting them, and releasing them to C3. Yay. Any further news will be updated in the future.
And that’s about where I’m going as of now with songs until I get the five near-complete tracks finished. I don’t want to overload myself. Again, I AM sticking to the C3 rules, these ARE songs I’m working on, and they are putting a load on me. So I’m not adding ANYTHING ELSE to this list until I finish five of these tracks. I’m trying to not overload myself with work, so yeah, just expect these tracks I’m working on to be completed, soon.
Wow that was quick. The tmd would have to be extended to support more. I can prepare that for you.Here. http://ge.tt/3heXISD2/v/0?c
It should go up to bin 500 now.
Ah, that should probably do me good for a while. Thanks. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_emot-3.gif” />
Okay, so I did a lot of converts and reached 100.bin, is everything over that unavailable for generating bins? I noticed the program, and yes, this is the sZGE packer, doesn’t generate bins over 100, even if it’s the only one listed in packdlc.bat.
The .app files are generated. So, I’m guessing it’s only the bin files that doesn’t get generated.
Hi,I have tried to follow this guide to the letter adding Toto Africa for Wii.
But when I run the bat file, I only get .app files and not the .bins
Any suggestions?
Thanks
I’ve had this issue before, and I’ve solved it. I don’t know if the same will work for you.
Find the .rar you downloaded, and reextract everything. If you’re replacing the files you’ve already extracted, be sure not to accidentally replace ng_id and common-key. This is a way I got .bins to generate. I think there are certain files that gets moved or deleted later on.
If that doesn’t work, then might want to wait for someone else to help. I’m not all that good with support. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />
Since you are making BIN files for SD DLC, then put it in your packing folder for sZGE. It should overwrite the one that’s already in there.Ah, finally, they work. THANKS!
Thanks for the help. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” /> I don’t think I could have done it without your help. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />
Glad you got it working. The game auto-erases content it considers “corrupted” or incomplete. So the lag is a bit unusual. You will run out of room on sZGE because it was only a test. Here’s a tmd you should use that should let you add more songs.
Let me know if something else goes wrong.
Where do I put this tmd? Do I just put it in the sZGE folder or my NAND (If so, where)?
OMG IT WORKS NOW! THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!!! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
I don’t know where I’d get without you. THANKS SO MUCH!!!! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
EDIT: Okay, it just loaded, like, one of my songs. The menu lagged a whole bunch saying it was loading the three songs I had, but it only showed one of them in the song list.
OH NEVER MIND. I just found the backup where I backed up my NAND when I first set up my Homebrew Channel. It has keys.bin. My life is saved.
sysCheck does report the wrong one. Have you ever downloaded any official DLC from the store before? Or if you’ve done a NAND backup, there should be a keys.bin file. Both of those will help getting the real one. For the common key, make sure that what you have there is the hexadecimal contents of the file, not text data. In other words, you should see random characters if you open it in Notepad.Okay, I was kind of skeptic to be honest of that… but the whole reason I didn’t use the keys.bin file was because every NAND backup I did never spit out one. There was a point in time where it randomly showed up in my SD card, but I accidentally deleted it when I meant to delete something else, and I have no idea how it showed up there in the first place.
Also, for the common key, I read from somewhere in this thread that I just had to paste it in the text editor… so much for that. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” /> How do I insert them by hexadecimal, and how come everyone just knows all this and I don’t? (I swear, if humans were created in factories, I’d be some sort of defect because I don’t just automatically know certain things while everyone else in this world seem to have gotten things down.)
So basically I guess this whole problem was started because I’m stupid as fuck. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />
Show me your newest sysCheck anyways, even if you’re saying it’s the same now.Potential things to look at. Are you certain your ng_id is correct? Is your common key file exactly 16 bytes and not any larger?
Bingo. My common-key file is 32 bytes… ebe42a225e8593e448d9c5457381aaf7 is okay, right? It’s not anything specific to my Wii? Why is it 32 bytes? Don’t I just have to open it up in text editor and just paste the key in there?
Also I’ve checked my ng_id (This IS my Console ID, correct? Sorry if I’m overskeptic and asking way too many unnecessary questions, I just want to get this exactly right. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />
Try it, to see if it does anything. It’s getting tougher to say what it could be.Tried it last night and I still got nothing. This is strange, I’m clearing the cache every time before I start up, I have all the IOSes, I have the WAD, what next!? I’m going to repack my songs later, just in case. So… yeah, I’m going to try that as I don’t know what to do, anymore.
The loader shouldn’t matter as long as the IOS is the same. But, does it say what the loader itself is running as? Mine says IOS 222.Hm… The loader and game are both using IOS249. Should I change the loader’s OS to 222, too? (Pfff saying that out loud.)
Like, should that be my setup? 222 and 249?
Turns out it was bigger than 40MB. Is there anything I could do about it (other than pick a shorter song)? Is the one song by itself larger than that? If it is, then this is what RockBiink is for. You can build a smaller audio file for the song by creating a bink file.
