Yeah, I had a lot of fun playing these, especially Song Remains the Same. Most fun I’ve had with RB since Genesis day. Thanks so much.
I always thought Too Many Sandwiches would be an amazing song to play by them. Nice and fun song with quirky lyrics and a great guitar solo.
Presumably the development time would be extremely minimal on this, but that just makes it a minor waste instead of a major waste of resources.
I can’t imagine this being used by more than 1% of players at most. Hopefully they still have in-game telemetry to show them how deluded they are. Eventually.
While I’m not interested in the mode, we should be careful saying they shouldn’t cater to 1%, because the people on this board ARE the 1% on a lot of things. So saying to not focus on anything that caters to a small group, would get us run out on things. I agree there are other things they could work on, and really something as big as you are suggesting probably takes longer than two months after release. So should they do nothing until that’s ready? or work on some more niche player items? As a niche player, I’ll take more.
September 11, 2015 at 1:39 pm in reply to: Sep 4, 2015 – “OK Computer”, Rolling Stones 6-pack #454673Gave this the full monty on guitar over the weekend and really enjoyed myself. Thank you very much, once again.
I was getting it just past the “Press Start” screen and before it starts checking song data. Now that you ask that, I remember when I was trying to figure out this whole thing in the beginning, it would error when you pick a song right? I think that means my disc is fried. I also tried on the upstairs console and it gave me error at the same spot. There’s a big ring on the back of the disc that I don’t remember seeing before. Maybe when the system crashed back in June and the disc came to a halt it scratched at the same time. I don’t know.
It’s not that issue any more. It’s title update 4 and title update 5 is no longer anywhere system at all. Not on the console or the customs drive. It was, and I was getting the MadCatz logo. Totally get that and I have no idea how it happened, but I recognize that was the problem. I’ve been playing since week 1 of C3 releases.
Since I deleted the digital version and deleted title update 5 from the console, it loads without the MadCatz logo and I’m still getting a disc read error at the same spot. I suppose my disc could have kicked the bucket, it’s not pristine, but weird that it happened at the exact same time that all this started. Are there other considerations why this might happen the TU issues and general disc issues?

I saw a request for Phish and I’ve had these done for a while, but due to circumstances, have not previously posted. I updated them to be wipe proof. Enjoy and remember Rock Out life is short
Hey, huge Phish fan and just hated Guitar Hero. I was really good at Rock Band and I knew I could crush these songs if the notes were bars and not circles. I downloaded these and played them guitar/bass with my buddy and had such a good time. Thanks for getting these converted, I really appreciate the effort. Highlighted a great rock session and will highlight many more.
For you non-wrestling guys and gals, #2 is Henry O. Godwinn, also known as H.O.G.
I haven’t played any sort of music since the mid-’90s, but I am the co-owner and founder of http://www.dmbalmanac.com. It’s a concert setlist database for Dave Matthews Band that tracks songs, venues, setlists, show posters. It’s pretty geeky and in depth.
If any of you guys feel like we deserve to be compensated, donate to a good charity. My wife and I just sponsored Timmy the LAMB for a year. He thanks you as well.
Ok, so that was an amazing experience. I failed out on Epping Forest. I didn’t even consider that stuff was coming at the end. Should’ve saved overdrive. But anyway, that was the most fun I’ve had playing this game in a long time, especially alone.
I have a question about Supper’s Ready. Would there be any considering in putting the fade out back in? It was performed live that way with the band fading into silence, then the audience exploded and they went to encore break. It was meant to be played live as it was on the album. I think the endings sounded great for the other stuff I was able to play tonight.
Thanks again!
My first setlist, playing guitar:
In the Cage
The Musical Box
Follow You Follow Me
Ripples
Watcher of the Skies
The Battle of Epping Forest
The Lamia
Supper’s Ready
I’m getting the pre-release image on the release site. I got the new one earlier today with all the songs.
Can we donate for “site maintenance?” I don’t see a link anywhere.
