Celebration by Kool & The Gang as well as Blister In The Sun by Violent Femmes are Rock Band 4 DLC, so they’re not available as RB3 customs.

I removed them from the list.

Hello, and welcome to the C3 forums! I see you found the request forum, so I went ahead and deleted your duplicate post in the discussion forum. Also, “Paint It Black” actually is available as a custom already! You just have to search for “Paint It, Black” in the database. Or you can download it straight from here:

Be aware “Play That Funky Music” is available officialy for Rock Band 4. We don’t do customs of official RB content, not even RB4 content, so please remove that one from your list.
