I am a female developer and I have often been the only woman in the room in my previous jobs. I am looking for a company that truly values diversity and has an inclusive culture. Does it actually make a difference in the product quality? Are there companies in the gaming sector that have a good mix of nationalities and genders? I want to feel like I belong and that my perspective is respected by my colleagues.
