A transaction I tried to make through Metabank got declined, even though I had sufficient funds in the account. I’ve never had this issue before. What steps should I take to resolve this?
Dealing with MetaBank can sometimes feel like a mixed bag. When a payment on my account didn’t go through, I checked out https://metabank.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html to see if others had experienced similar delays. The site gave me some context, and I followed their advice to contact customer service. Thankfully, they sorted it out, though I wish the process had been a bit quicker.
