There is the Control Panel where files and customs are stored, if you’re uploading any.

this is the download page of a author, where the user needs to download…

this means that c3 had a File Hosting for customs? if yes? but where, there’s no options or tab for hosting or Control Panel, just like a webhosting or File Sharing Site…
