Imo, The “Are You Experienced” album by Jimi Hendrix literally had like only half of the actual album when they released it as a “full” album. This same thing happened with “The Great Southern Trendkill” by Pantera missing Suicide Note Pt. 1
March 16, 2017 at 2:18 pm #482777Most of the RB4 dlc is by far the worst lol
But If this is strictly rb3 and older titles only, probably learning The Smiths were only getting This Charming Man. Made me so sad lol
March 16, 2017 at 2:21 pm #482778Justin Bieber has to be the worst release. I understand some people actually like him (do not understand the reasons; though), but in my opinion this has nothing to do with the actual game. As far as I know this is Rock Band we are playing. I know there are a few others that really don’t come close to “Rock” but that has to be one of the worst pick.
What baffles me is that it sold well apparently, so I guess it was a good move.. but yea.

So you’re saying that Harmonix released some fun charts, but since they didn’t release other songs with them, they were the worst DLC release ever?

I wouldn’t say the worst but it just annoys me sometimes. Plus I said “Imo” and unless something else can probably top that off, it’ll vary to change.
Plus I get that the charts tbh were actually pretty fun to play. However I’m just concerned how Harmonix decides to call it a “full album” release when they obviously left out some tracks I would play too
March 16, 2017 at 4:20 pm #482781For me, this isn’t actually about the charts or the music themselves… but it falls under the “worst” / most depressing for me.
I can’t remember the full story of events, so bare with me. I’m sure people remember assuming you were playing back on RB1 as well.
Rush is my favorite music group; hands down. I loved the early couple of DLC’s we got. When they announced the the entire Moving Pictures album was coming…. erection pun incoming. Incredibly* exited. Then (if I recall correctly) the week of the announcement they had to recant saying that due to difficulties, they weren’t able to release the pack. It was being replaced with a Locksley pack and the ETA was unknown. Pretending I didn’t read that, I turned on my xbox that Tuesday to be greeted in the store by not-Rush.
I believe my actual words were “Who the **** is Locksley, and where the **** is my Rush!” Depressing week ha

Oh shit I remember hearing about this. That’s honestly sad
I believe there was a pack that had this same situation but I don’t remember which one it was
March 16, 2017 at 4:31 pm #482783Locksley was pretty good though.

That’s a fair argument, but the title of the thread should be “most annoying” DLC release then, not “worst” release.
March 16, 2017 at 5:11 pm #482786The Moving Pictures debacle was disappointing. But we did get it eventually.
For me it was the infamous Rick Roll.
March 16, 2017 at 6:56 pm #482787The dozens of crappy pop music that got released for RB4. On top of that, there’s also the extra songs for Rivals, all of which I had no idea existed before. Although, my faith in Harmonix was revived when they released Danger Zone as DLC.

Honestly if I was able to change the title of topics, I would’ve been able to change to that instead of just putting down “worst” in a generic idea of just annoying releases of such

You can; just use the full editor.
March 16, 2017 at 8:45 pm #482792The more strange to me is Closer by Chainsmokes, the acustic version is better to rock band 4 and has guitar, the original doesn´t have it, in my opinion rock band 4 could bring back the keyboard or keytar to play eletronic/dance/pop songs is more fun on keys.
