Vocal notes out of range

Grabbed a midi for a song, and while it sounds right, some of the notes out of range (Damn you MIKA for singing so high) Will bringing all the notes down an octave so it’s all in range be alright or is there more I need to do?
Grabbed a midi for a song, and while it sounds right, some of the notes out of range (Damn you MIKA for singing so high) Will bringing all the notes down an octave so it’s all in range be alright or is there more I need to do?Shifting octaves is fine. The only difference it makes is what you hear for the guide pitch in practice mode.
