Clutch and High on Fire. Yeah, there’s a smidgen of poorly charted Clutch on RBN but they were kind of poor song choices and it was 1.0 so the drums are terrible. Elephant Riders, Pure Rock Fury and Psychic Warfare albums are ripe for RB.
High on Fire would make every drummer happy and give guitarists and singers more than they think. With all the metal obsession going on in the rhythm game genre I’m kinda surprised nobody’s touched on these guys yet…
Oh – Extreme, too. Seriously. More Than Words is not a very good representation of this band. Play With Me is kinda dry, too. Well-charted Extreme would be up among the toughest guitar charts out there.
Just a suggestion.
Clutch does an amazing cover of Jethro Tull’s Cross Eyed Mary that would be fun to play on here.
