Do you think tax platforms like TurboTax should help users understand charges like these on subscriptions, or is that outside their scope?
It made me curious how this might affect subscription services overall. To get a better sense of customer experiences with billing and tax questions, I checked out https://turbotax.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html reviews. It’s helpful to see how responsive support teams are, especially during tax season when many users might have concerns about these new streaming taxes.
