If you want to (easily) compile 10min+ songs you need Magma C3, not the vanilla Magma. Then again, nobody should be using the vanilla Magma if you’re creating customs.

Yeah I found that out the hard way. I had some trouble compiling a couple songs, and searched the forums and found out I had the wrong version. />_>” title=”>_>” class=”bbcode_smiley” />

I noticed Dream Theater “Instrumedley” 1X and 2X have the same ID. If you put both versions in the setlist only the 1X version will be present. In case you already didn’t know, a nice feature for the newer versions of C3 Magma is that you can compile 1X and 2X songs in the same project with one click of the Build button. All that needs to be done is to have two drum charts in Reaper. Single kick is named “Part Drums” and double kick is named “Part Drums_2X”. Magma will automatically detect you have a 2X chart and compile both giving them different song ID’s. Thank you for songs and looking forward to more from you in the future.

This one is basically made from scratch, except I used t-20-07’s drum chart. Rhythm on Keys.

Also, please note that Instrumedley by Dream Theater has been updated to the full song with some fixes. Expect my virtuoso 3-pack sometime next week, and possibly a couple others.

I tried this, let me know if it works. I don’t put any x2 pedal songs on my RB cause I don’t have two pedals

Using Con Explorer I see that the 1X and 2X has different ID’s. Shouldn’t be a problem in game. Thanks for the Rush and Zepp!

WS/BM is very likely, however Reelin’ in the Years already has a full band version that is quality from what I’ve seen of it (played the guitar part once). I forget who posted it but it’s on the forums here.

hey i played fool in the rain in drums, is so awesome, nice job

but i also downloaded la villa strangiato (drums) and there was some farottone things that you fixed nicely, but others went wrong, i dont know why you erased the blue opened hi hats? also the two floor toom parts must be redone, some other spots needs to be fixed too.

im fixing it since i chart with rb3 standars for druming, do you want to apply that fix or shall i keep it only for myself?

The guitar, bass, and drums were taken from Puppetz’ thread.

For the drums I believe I only changed the intro. As you can see he needed yellow and red switched. But the way I have it now is still right as far as note positions go since that is how it is actually played. I know many people including RB staff like to have the emphasized notes on blue, so either way is right imo. The rest of the song I didn’t edit, so if there are mistakes they are Puppetz’

Anyway, if you want to send me your .mid file I’ll look it over and update my drum chart. I also noticed earlier today that the fills were weirdly placed…not sure why or how that happened but if you want to fix that too that’d be awesome. Otherwise I’ll do it when I’m updating to your drum chart.

already sent you a pm, the other instruments are great but drums not at all, the red hihat is not an error it is just for normal-drums players, it has some other kind of errors along the whole chart. of course is puppetz’s. it is an old chart, but as usual i did my magic in this chart cause i wanted to fix some things in farottone’s one

I used the DL link for Instrumedley and it gave me the 10 minute version.
