I’m not sure I really understand the disco flip. Is it just strictly to make it easier to play or is it the equipment can’t pick it up properly? Is it a requirement? I not getting it from the documentation. I like to stay as true to an instrument as I can. Here is an example of what I am working on:
I am authoring this in 1/32 grid. We do drum rolls faster than this. Please help.
“Disco flip” means you assign snare to Y and hi hat to R in order to make a two handed beat playable as you would on a real kit. The screen grab you posted is not of a two handed beat, you play the hi hat with only one hand, so it doesn’t factor in.
Okay, got it. Thanks.
